COMPANY REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS (Click on the links to download the forms)

Our forms are adapted from the Companies Act. If you are unsure about how to fill these forms, we have a guide at the bottom of this page to assist you.

FOR INCORPORATION

  1. Incorporation of New Company Form
  2. Client Acceptance Checklist (To be filled by all directors, shareholders and beneficial owners. One form for each individual.
  3. Form 45 (To be filled by all directors. One form for each individual.)
  4. Service Agreement
  5. Singapore Standard Industrial Classification (SSIC) 2015 Report. For reference to select SSIC code for the new company.
  6. Identification documents for all directors, shareholders, officers and controllers of the company. A copy of the front and back of your NRIC for Singaporeans and permanent residents, a copy of your passport for foreigners.
  7. Proof of residence. Either the latest phone or utility bill that shows the applicant’s name and home address. For Singaporeans and permanent residents who provided their NRICs, this is not necessary if your place of residence is stated on the back of your NRIC.

Please note that we will only accept payment via bank transfer for Incorporation of New Company. The owner of the bank account must match the name on the invoice from our company.

All companies in Singapore are governed by the Companies Act (Chapter 50). As directors, shareholders or officers of a Singapore registered company, you should be familiar with the act. You can refer to the act here.

FOR COMPANIES ALREADY INCORPORATED

  1. Client Acceptance Checklist (To be filled by all directors, shareholders and beneficial owners. One form for each individual.
  2. Form 45 (To be filled by all directors. One form for each individual.)
